If my mind won't quiet, I use 4-7-8 breathing. Inhale through my nose for 4 seconds. Hold it for 7 seconds. Exhale for 8 seconds.

It slows my heart rate, calms my nervous system. Paired with smiling and relaxing, it brings me back to center.

Recently, I’ve been dressing nice and going to boujee cafes and lounges to work (instead of wearing a hoodie and sweatpants at my desk).

I'm using vintage leather journals and gold pens.

Wearing Ra Optics daylight glasses.

Working out first thing in the morning and getting clean-shaven.

Why?

Everything is downstream of your identity.

1) To be successful you have to be selfish, or else you never achieve. And once you get to your highest level, then you have to be unselfish. Stay reachable. Stay in touch. Don't isolate.
