I worked on this project as a project team member. The goal of the project was to conduct a customer satisfaction survey for the client. The project included designing the data collection method, collection and analyses of the data and reporting the results to the client.

Radio Ramona | Application testing:
I worked on this project as a project team member.  The project consisted a testing for the clients application. The testing period lasted 2 weeks and included testing the technical functionality of the user interface and visual functionality. Any bugs and defects were reported to the client at the end of the project.

Fredman Group & If You Care | Product launch for the UK/USA market:
I worked on this project as a project manager. The aim of the project was to develop a catchy name for the product, an informative story to explain the ethics of the product and how to use it. The aim was also to think about the positioning of the product in the target market and to identify competing products.

Tukimet Oy | Market analysis:
I worked on this project as a project team member. The aim of the project was to carry out a market analysis for the client's new product, which was to be launched on the German market. The project included a PESTLE-, demand- and competitor analysis, which enabled us to carry out the market analysis requested by the client.

Leipomo Ketunleipä Oy | Marketing plan:
I worked on this project as a project team member. The purpose of the project was to develop a marketing plan for the client, which would serve as a marketing manual. The implementation of the project included selecting marketing channels, mapping the customer base, creating a release schedule and creating sample posts for social media channels.
