Digital Experience Manager, driving growth through strategic experimentation programs and customer insights.

I specialise in mixing experimentation principles with Product Management. In my digital career, I've been proud to do a wide range of roles, from leading the RNLI's performance team boosting membership by 27% year-over-year through strategic experimentation, to driving and delivering Vitality's acquisition strategy.  

Some of my highlights throughout my time have been:

- Strategic Roadmap Execution: At Vitality Group Inc., I lead the testing, delivery and rollout of the health acquisition program. Achieving a 14% increase in health quote leads by integrating user testing, consistent experimentation, and iterative development.

- Driving Growth through Experimentation: At the RNLI, I led the performance team, introducing new features and enhancing experiences on rnli.org and shop.rnli.org. This strategic approach achieved a 27% YoY growth in membership and a 29% increase in average monthly gifts. I talked about this way of working at an e-com event alongside Shopify, highlighting the impact of an experimentation-centric development process.

- Agile Leadership: At LV= Tomorrow, I applied lean startup techniques to validate business concepts. We launched the first hackathon at the organisation, resulting in a new collaboration of skills that brought people together from across the organisation.

- Enhancing User Experience: At Farrow & Ball, I started and grew a CRO program that resulted in a 162% year-over-year increase in colour consultant bookings. The program's success enabled me to develop new ways of working for the company with cross-functional teams.
