As a global CRO lead Checkout I was responsible for optimizing the world wide checkoutpages for both Adidas and Reebok. We did a dozen of A/B tests for cart, delivery and paymentpage. Discovering a lot of new insights which are now implemented.  It was fun to work at such a big brand for such important pages.

Bij Online Dialogue begonnen we als 4 enthousiaste ZZP’ers die zich verenigden onder 1 naam: Online Dialogue. Na anderhalf jaar werd het serieus en werden we een echt bedrijf met een echt kantoor.

Bij een bedrijf in opbouw doe je van alles en nog wat. In beginsel werkten we puur als interim specialist bij verschillende mooie merken ( oa Liander, Kras, Staatsloterij en MoneYou). Daarna groeiden we, werden de opdrachten anders ( veel meer projectmatig werk dan interim opdrachten) en werden we opeens manager.

Ook in deze periode stond ik nog veel op de werkvloer (oa T-mobile, Conrad, Aegon) maar combineerde ik dit met rollen als salesmanager, trafficmanager en zelfs HRM manager.

Vanwege het feit dat ik teveel los kwam van de dagelijkse praktijk ( alleen maar ‘managen’) en daar mijn kracht maar zeker mijn interesse niet ligt, heb ik uiteindelijk besloten mijn aandelen van Online Dialogue aan te bieden.
