The research project conducted for Latitude was to explore the effectiveness of mobile marketing. This eight month project focussed on the smartphone revolution, looking at demographics, psychographics, attitudes, form and content of mobile marketing, and the barriers that perhaps inhibit the effectiveness of mobile marketing. During which I gained experience in conducting focus groups, interviews, ethnography, using eye tracking software and statistical analysis using software such as SPSS and ArcMap GIS.
