•	In charge of developing Standardization and Evaluation Procedures for 210 Nuclear Missile Operators. Performed evaluator duties verifying operational performance. Coordinated and supervised daily activities for five personnel.
•	Operates and manages nuclear and missile operations systems. Performs associated command, control, communications, and launch activities to defend and support the United States and allied forces. Serves as nuclear and missile operations advisor. 
•	Maintains readiness to execute, then launch nuclear and missile operations; applies current directives for targeting, execution, and positive control of nuclear and missile operations.

Branch Chief for Standardization and Evaluation | Assistant Flight Commander

•	Led 18 subject-matter maintenance experts for the Maintenance Group in the implementation of the Maintenance Standardization and Evaluation Plan. Evaluated operational performance on over 1,000 personnel that included safety, environmental, maintenance, inventory, and occupational compliance. 
•	Organized scheduling and developed metrics to track performance data to assist in trend analysis.  Completed risk assessments to mitigate operational exposure and assist senior leaders with decision-making processes.

Quality Assurance Chief Inspector

Directed the supervision, planning, scheduling, development, training, and evaluation of Air Force Munitions enlisted personnel.  Coordinated operations to support the storage, inspection, assembly, and delivery of munition assets to support the demands of the wing flying schedule.
