Manage the support needs for the entire organization including but not limited to vendor management, contract negotiations, and large-scale solution implementations. Responsible for supporting all internal employee IT needs throughout BSD’s offices. Provide support for the organization's VOIP systems, network, and establishing core policies and procedures to help BSD stabilize their IT infrastructure. Responsible for ordering supplies and configuring remote locations through on site visits or through contracted help. Creating and balancing department budget for all locations. Creating a VPN based network for enhanced ARD support. Managing and monitoring OSX servers and implementing new technologies such as (MUNKI).

Responsible for managing a large IT team that provides advanced technology services and support to the Georgetown faculty and staff in the Main Campus and University Services communities. Coordinates, schedules and maintains satisfactory customer support services that include but are not limited to, Desktop support, Mobile support, Phone support, Remote Support & more. Responsible for the imaging,  maintenance, inventory, packaging and upgrades for all Mac OSX platforms across the entire campus; for faculty and staff in an effort to standardize our Mac platforms. Currently serving as a manager, mentor and trainer for the Georgetown Service Delivery team.

Tier 1, 2, Student Help Desk: Manager & Systems Engineer

Organizing and maintaining all 17 remote locations in terms of IT needs, ordering supplies and configuring remote locations through on site visits or through contracted help. Creating and balancing department budget for all locations. Creating a VPN based network for enhanced ARD support. Managing and monitoring our network of 16 OSX servers. Customizing the OSX Server environment through UNIX to accomplish complex tasks such as MYSQL replication across servers.
