My role: 
Responsible of the internal as external communication of WIZATA group - Responsible for strategic and operational Marketing. 

• From Data Science services, my role is to develop and market in collaboration with the Data engineers, Data Scientists, Business Evangelist and Sales representatives, Wizata’s products and packaged solutions.

• Based on strategic objectives established with the CEO and marketing budget, I coordinate the marketing team in order to create, plan and execute internal and external communications plan, setting customer satisfaction as top priority to drive marketing excellence: 

- Develop and implement marketing strategy, plans and projects to detect potential leads, retaining and developing existing customers. 
- Strong focus on creating an optimal “customer/lead journey” through multiple channels and touch points.
- In charge of developing Digital Marketing strategy of the group including social media monitoring, lead nurturing and scoring, website management (SEO, SEA,..), e-mailings, newsletters,..
- Determine and monitor the marketing budget. 
- In charge of measuring and reporting performance of all campaigns (ROI).

My role:
Responsible of the internal as external communication of NEREA - Responsible for Strategic and operational Marketing. 

• Based on strategic objectives and marketing budget, my daily role was to manage the marketing team in order to create, plan and execute internal and external communications strategy. 

- In 2016 : Modernization of Nerea, its logo, image, mission, values and all communication related supports have been adapted. Also a strong focus has been set on internal change management.

•Growing the revenue of the portfolio, help them to transition to Cloud solutions as well as developing their marketing skills while maintaining a high level of satisfaction. 
•Day to day contacts with partners and personalized marketing and commercial advice on business growth. 
•Cross group collaborating: actively working with internal sales analyst, product managers, Partner Network manager, sales management, customer and partner satisfaction lead as well as external distributors to offer my portfolio the best Microsoft experience they can get. 
•Proposing a pro-active analysis of evolution of sales and partners dedication.

•In charge of executing marketing campaigns and events based on objectives and budget for the Small Business audience. 
•Ex. In charge of awareness and lead generation campaign for Windows 7 launch (based on xp end of life); and for all SMB products portfolio via “Ultimate Business Makeover” with cross group collaboration objectives.
