The manufacturing plant machines, fabricates, and finishes armored plating for multiple prime
contractors to the Department of Defense. Plant won multiple IDIQ awards for armored plating
components for military land vehicles such as the M1 Abrams and Stryker Tanks. I implemented
and maintained multiple policies, procedures, and trainings to ensure highest level of safety for the
employees and protection of all confidential information. I aided in the successful DFARS NIST 800-171 recertification. Attended AUSA conference in Washington, D.C. and participated in government contracting

Here I managed the HR department of the GTED, the holding company, and it's subsidiaries. I supported the success of the company aiding in a multimillion dollar acquisition which increased the company's revenue by 10 million. Before the acquisition of the manufacturing plant, I left the HR due diligence, researching and analyzing benefits plans and staffing structures. I then added in implementing employee benefits.
