From Starting at 17 to Leading Uibeax: What I Learned About the Real Enemy of Growth

I launched my first ventures at 17. Sales, marketing, operations, talent, finance… I learned by doing—taking risks and facing frustration head-on.

I discovered that the real risk isn’t failure; it’s not trying at all.

At 22, I jumped into the corporate world, leading three branches and the SME segment at an innovative bank. There, I was introduced to agile methodologies, customer-centric culture, and the power of working through systems—not improvisation.

I learned that what’s truly dangerous isn’t making mistakes, but failing to learn enough to evolve.

Two different worlds, one same lesson: companies don’t fail from lack of effort—they fail because they remain trapped in rigid, misaligned models while the market changes faster than ever.

The challenge isn’t a lack of ideas or talent—it’s the ability to adapt in an uncertain environment.

That’s why I founded Uibeax.
