Yes, esports lives digitally in a way that no other sport is even close to, but the foundation is still the same as the rest. Humans coming together, sharing special moments of common interest, watching the best of the best push the limits of what's possible. Entertainment in its purest form.

I love this video from ESL, showcasing the view from the players on stage, where 15.000 people eagerly await the final of Team Vitality & FURIA. What a view.

Over the years, the best way to get people to understand the movement that is happening is to just bring them to an event to experience it all. Those first roars from the crowd of the stage entries and the first few exciting rounds or fights in a game are as self-explanatory as it gets. Every time, people go like "What?! This is amazing!" And I can only agree - yes, it is!

I hold a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a specialization in corporate law, M&A, Venture Capital and Equity Capital Markets.
