- I manage OpenSooq's marketing emails delivery system from A to Z, starting from warming up the IP addresses, preparing the content, scheduling and sending the mailshots and newsletters, to extracting reports, and reviewing the monthly invoices. 

- I lead the content part of OpenSooq's SMS services, by picking the ads, reviewing them, scheduling and sending them, and extracting reports of the the SMS messages we send to our service subscribers. 
 
- I liaise with product managers, developers, customer care executives, and marketing professionals to guarantee the best experience a user can get.
