•  Headed a safe work practice initiative for the process organization which established training improvements through gap analysis, lead course development and created a sustainable management system for the training.

Senior Operations Engineer

•  Successfully led the first hydrocracker turnaround as execution lead in charge of shutdown, startup and all process inspections of the production unit.
•  Managed daily operations, equipment capabilities and troubleshooting efforts of the hydrocracker and distillate hydrotreater with no unplanned shutdowns or downtime while setting production records on both units.   
•  Increased hydrocracker capacity by 14% and set distillate hydrotreater production rate record.

Operations Engineer - Distillate Hydrotreater and Hydrocracker

•  Developed and led test run to successfully decrease chemical costs by $2.5 million/yr. 
•  Created dynamic limit system which reliably increased tower capability by $1.5 million/yr.    
•  Increased vacuum unit production by $1.5 million/yr by automating key control variables and revising operating strategy.

Operations Engineer - Crude Units

•  Designed a $300,000 environmental system and presented to upper management which was approved and installed in the purified isophthalic acid unit.  
•  Created a new test to increase reactor yield and profits on the maleic anhydride unit by controlling reactor pressure.

Design and Optimization Intern

•  Modified paper composition using statistical analysis which increased throughput on the highest profit paper grade.

I’m a data-loving nerd with an entrepreneurial spirit and engineering background.  

My Amazon journey started back in 2014 when I started selling molecular model kits. I quickly learned there was a lot of potential with Amazon Ads so I teamed up with Matt Wiklund - a colleague from my current employer at the time and who happens to be a automatizing whiz. We forged ahead with the idea that we could build the right tools to make sense of Amazon Ads.  

And we did! Since 2017, Ad Advance has grown and expanded our services, building all our software in-house with our clients in mind. Our team is made up of expert relationship managers who are savvy data divers. 

We currently offer ad management for Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, and Google. We work with established Amazon brands as well as ecommerce companies, service providers, and organizations who don’t sell on Amazon.
