At AMP I had the luxury of working with the Design Innovation and CX Strategy teams on cross channel strategic solutions across banking, advice and superannuation. My key responsibilities have been to re-baseline the CX Strategy for the organisation post-royal commission and systematically align business intent to the needs of AMP's clients and their human experience. 

Focus areas have included; Re-establishing the company wide customer value proposition, CX principles, personas for AMP Australia and a complete redesign of the future state of branded experiences for B2C marketing teams.
