Overseeing EY, the practice's flagship account encompassed the development of exceptional talent communications across multiple channels, catering to graduate, school, and experienced-hire demographics, resulting in award-winning campaigns and much-improved application numbers. 

Additionally, I was client-lead for EY Financial Services EMEIA, contributing to diverse DE&I campaigns and collaborating on charity partnerships deployed across 14 countries.

At Cultureshock, I helped pivot the agency from a content publisher to a design-led creative studio, expanding the offer across brand, digital, events and campaign work. Tasked with increasing organic growth of the overall client database which included Aston Martin, DAKS, Honda F1, Jaguar Land Rover and William Grant & Son's (Hendrick's). Working closely with planning and creative departments, I was also responsible for running new business pitches across the agency. I introduced new client management systems and procedures, including a new fee billing structure, creative briefing process and set organic growth targets for individuals within the team.
