I direct the Program in Creative Writing at the University of Alabama, and am founder of The Long Schoolroom, a learning community devoted to creative exploration and personal development. 

I am author of several books and a certified holistic arts coach with over 30 years of experience guiding others to write well, think deeply, and enact spirited transformation in their lives and work. 

Everything is invention and revision.  

You might not read poetry (I won't judge!), but we all need the poetic (a word which in Greek simply means “making”): beauty, connection, inspiration, wit. 

I team with high-performing creators, founders, leaders, and groups to spur them to new levels of clarity and direction, to workshop ideas and innovations, to integrate the personal with the professional. 

Wonder is at the heart of all artistic enterprises—and everything is an art!—so let’s court more of it in all we do. The imagination is our highest faculty, and dreams are the heart of reality.

Full Stack Engineer

> Developed various projects using Java 7,8, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Angular 4,5,6,7,8 related to insurance quote and invoice
generation. 
> Directly communicate with the client for requirement gathering to product creation. Managing various applications. Guided team members from design to implementation.
> Created custom no code solution using Angular and SurveyJs.

Developed a Common Kiosk application present at the airport for self-check-in using JAVA, Spring Webflow, and SOAP web services.

Pradipta Gure is a curious creative writer. He watches people silently. He loves to see their expressions, their spending pattern, their way of acquiring knowledge, and their path to a specific philosophy. That's why, his content is around human psychology, microeconomics and philosophy. 

Books do help in this process. He loves to receive books from his friends, and he equally enjoy giving books as gifts to those close to him.

He loves to solve business problems with his strong technical skillset. He loves mentoring his colleagues silently, without them even realizing it. Culture is a bi product that he delivers to his organization.

He is trying to be a CEO of his own MIND. His philosophies are inclined with Naval Ravikant, Kapil Gupta, Nithin Kamath and Dr. Kailash Nadh. 

He is exploring what he could be in the future. The goal post keeps on shifting towards something else. He wants to sail along with it.
