I’m an operator-turned-investor focused on acquiring and scaling founder-led businesses in specialty chemicals, niche manufacturing, and industrial B2B services.

As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of HarborWind Partners, I lead control investments in companies generating $3–$15 million of EBITDA, applying a hands-on, operator-led approach to transformation. We focus on modernizing essential industries, combining disciplined execution with technology, AI, and process improvement to compound long-term enterprise value.

Before founding HarborWind, I built and exited AndPlus, a digital transformation firm acquired by Ensono (a KKR portfolio company). I was then a leader at Ensono Digital overseeing integration, growth strategy, and large-scale digital modernization for global clients.

I understand the founder’s seat: balancing customers, cash flow, and culture while building enduring companies. Now, I bring that experience to the other side of the table, partnering with owners to unlock growth, strengthen operations, and achieve liquidity without losing legacy.
