I started my career in politics and worked to bridge the private sector needs with public policy. In that experience, I saw the opportunity to make an impact in areas further than law and public policy -- like business, technology, and innovation.
At Oracle, I helped SMB and enterprise clients optimize their customer experience processes by identifying gaps in their current technology and pitching marketing, sales, and ERP solutions. At MuteSix, I bridged marketing and tech; I consulted with e-commerce companies to build out a strong and complete brand identity by partnering them with the right Shopify technology applications. Now at Okendo, I'm consulting with various types of eCommerce agencies on how to increase their clients' online sales through installing Okendo's ratings and reviews platform.

This is the year everything changes for entrepreneurs. We’re only two weeks into 2026 and this week at National Retail Federation, this is what we’re dropping. 

First, the Agentic plan.
We’re opening up the Shopify Catalog to ANY brand with our new Agentic plan. All merchants, whether or not they’re on Shopify, can sell across AI channels. 

When commerce flows freely across the entire ecosystem, everyone wins.

Second, Shopify Agentic Storefronts now integrate directly with Gemini, Google AI Mode, and Microsoft Copilot Checkout.

We’re moving from search to conversation. Shopify is making sure brands show up where buying decisions are actually made, with accuracy, context and speed

Third, Universal Commerce Protocol.
Co-developed with Google, UCP is an open standard that makes it possible for any AI agent to connect and transact with any merchant. It’s a shared language for agentic commerce, built to scale with every edge case, payment flow, and retail nuance. And it’s powered by Shopify.
