I defined product specifications and managed supply chain logistics, including procurement for our MVP. Including establishing key relationships and negotiating terms with distributors and government buyers. Other responsibilities included:

- Negotiated cost and delivery schedules with domestic and international manufacturers.
- Defined marketing strategy to include website, digital, special events, and trade shows.
- Developed and implemented standard operating procedures.
