Promoted in less than one year I was tasked to achieve operational costs reduction of 1 mil.Euro and redesign internal operations processes.

✔️ Renegotiated the delivery contract with the supplier operating in the DACH region and identified opportunities for cost savings with no impact in service quality

✔️ Optimizing the staffing levels of the global Customer Service team to ensure alignment with business performance and anticipated future growth trends

✔️ Redesigning the production planning process and optimizing inventory levels, specifically safety stock, across different regions

✔️ Established a systematic process for monitoring KPIs related to Customer Service and implementing action plans to address performance gaps

RESULTS:
Reduced in excess of €500k of DACH delivery costs; reduced headcount globally without affecting quality of the Customer Service work with a positive impact in people cost; reduced the production cost; improved with +30% the CS KPIs performance with a direct impact in Sales Force retention.

✔️ Based on the assessment findings, we developed recommendations and action plans to address performance gaps, capitalize on growth opportunities, and enhance the company's competitiveness and profitability

✔️ I re-evaluated and revamped the overall strategy and approach to supporting the sales team in their efforts to promote and sell products
