Hi, I’m John.

I help agencies & brands level up video and bridge the gap between ‘what’s cool’ and ‘what works’.

Through a 3-step process:

Hello and welcome to my profile

My name is Josimar Biosse (obviously!!!), 37 years old, married and father of 2 children (I love this part!). 

I have more than 8 years of professional experience in the environmental sector. As an environmental technician, I have carried out activities related to auditing, inspection and environmental research at the National Agency for Environmental Quality Control (AQUA, IP) in Mozambique. 

As the head of department, I have been coordinating environmental inspection and control activities for 5 years, which includes also the management of crisis situations and “operator-community” conflicts.

A guy who's not afraid of numbers, working in environmental field, data and visualization enthusiast, and communication strategist.

I'm passionate about technology, learning process, sharing experiences, supporting growth, and productivity hacks (Pomodoro 🍅 I see you!).
