-Increased Drive-Thru transaction average by 45% and sales by 20% by executing position changes and implementing new systems in the drive-thru. Changes were made by keeping team member execution and overall guest experience in mind. Promoted a goal-oriented culture to project our restaurant to set the South-Texas Drive-Thru record of serving 242 cars in one hour through these changes and new systems.   
-Directed daily operations including supervision and delegation of a 60-member cross-functional team on the floor by positioning team members, executing breaks, providing feedback, resolving conflict, and managing overall real time labor percentage of the entire restaurant. Responsibilities also included making key business decisions, disciplining team members, and coaching team members to sustain excellence.
-Ensured compliance of company service standards and maximized customer satisfaction by quickly addressing and resolving conflicts regarding food or service. Developed a system to resolve guest complaints and ensure they received consistent resolution. Participated in audits from local and chain-wide health inspectors and corrected issues as they arose to maintain compliance. Ensured compliance with local, EEOC, OSHA and Employment laws through the execution of a step-by-step onboarding process and educational resources for store leaders.  
-Developed a 6-step training program for new team members and set them up for success with trainers on our staff. Implemented strategic business practices and organizational behavior training concepts through the development of an ongoing training program for current staff.

Trained groups of 40 to 50 team members for various Chick-fil-A restaurants that were in the process of Grand Opening. Participated in the first few weeks of each grand opening and ensured compliance of company standards. This certification took place at the corporate headquarters, and training events involved significant travel to 16 different destinations.

-Conducted analysis of campus safety issues which led to the establishment of an annual safety walk with over 80 attendees including campus police, administration and students. Established a committee of 15-20 students to focus on these safety issues identified. 
-Founded a council with 28 sustainable members in its inaugural year. This council acted as the governing body for first year students to voice their concerns to and solve problems regarding campus life and improvement. 
-Administrated open forums/town halls on the subject of affordable education resources to increase awareness of this education resource for students. After, students in 6 different organizations participated in campaigning to administration for this initiative. 
-Served on 7 boards and committees which ranged from 9 to 30 members to solve specific problems and select University officials as the student body representative. 
-Served on the Texas A&M System Chancellor Student Advisory Council with 12 other constituents if the Texas A&M University-System.
