I excel at helping you clarify and enhance what is working well in your life, while acknowledging areas you may be limiting yourself through conditioned doubts, insecurities, guilt, etc., raising self-awareness.

Instead of grinding harder or hustling more, what if you transmuted or let go of resistance and stopped carrying all those unnecessary burdens?

The alchemical process can be a guide to understanding what is holding us back and how to move forward:

1. Calcination - the call to action or wake-up call or burnt-out recognition that 'you got to change some things'.

2. Dissolution - After the wake-up call, you are left to 'process' all of the emotions that have been stirred up. There may be a lot and it may be 'uncomfortable'. This may not be an ideal time to make 'important' life choices.

3. Separation - A deepening of understanding what the emotions from the dissolution phase are trying to convey to you. We start to acknowledge what pulls us toward Love, Grace, Gratitude, etc., and what takes us toward Fear, Separation, Guilt, etc.  Providing a path to process and understand the connection to these emotions rather than stagnating and ultimately repeating previous phases.

4. Conjunction - You have now been able to acknowledge your gifts and liabilities, with clarity and intention through a deeper understanding of your true nature, you start to take actions in alignment with a newly formed identity of your higher self.
Empowered - Courageous

5. Fermentation - Through these new empowered actions you learn more about your conditioned judgments, assumptions, biases, etc., and how it may be hard to let some of these go.  The deep identification you may hold with the egoic self, the Title, the House, etc.  The metaphorical death or the 'egoic death'.

6. Distillation - Further cultivating and refining your awareness/consciousness to achieve higher states of being, peace, love, joy, etc.

7. Coagulation - the solidifying of habits in alignment with higher states in the service of others (THE gold).

Without awareness, we tend to push harder and burn out in one of the phases, only to backslide and repeat the same phases again and again until we have had enough or we 'wake up'.
