How do you sow the seeds of creativity and how do you make it blossom?

I have coached some 
science geniuses and here are my observational inferences.

What you can do to be more creative

1 Walking 

(almost all geniuses walk a lot)

It increases oxygen, oscillates, and lets your mind roam. 

2 Being multilingual

I have been thinking in a different language other than my mother tongue and it really helps me with recognising patterns more easily.

The more languages one knows, the easier it becomes to learn more languages and to spot and see meta structures/patterns.
 
3 Musical instruments

Playing musical instruments really helps you in becoming more creative as you have to memorize algorhythmns and sounds.

4 Repititive tasks

A mentor of mine cleans a window for 2 hours at a nano level, leaving it looking as if it just got out of the factory.

Repetitive daily chores serve as a great trampoline for our brain to oscillate our thought frequencies.

5 Timing

Early morning and late at night is when our brain waves are in theta, a natural creative state. 

6 (Circular) Art

Looking at the creating of art like the one in the video beautifully demonstrates the concept of a loop of juxtaposing corns to the image of birds and then being eaten by them.

We are all artists after all and our artistic vision shall be filled with love and excitement for our craft.

Secret Communication Dance Tools

ComMuniCation consist of three words

1 com, latin for together with, or in combination

2 Muni = Hindu for a holy man who has taken a vow to be silent

maybe that is the origin for silence is gold?

3 cation = a positively charged ion

Unification = seeking of becoming/having a positively charged ion

community = the act of becoming one = a melting pot vs a salad bowl

So Communication

Is a seeking of togetherness by  positively charging/having our ions, one that would be attracted to a cathode in electrolysis.

Uni(fi)cation

1 uni = Latin for one

2 fi means at, in, on and also there is in Arabic

Since we are nothing but electro-magnetic frequencies we seek the opposite and naturally always want what we do not have.

The law of polarity always applies subconsciously but also consciously sometimes.

This is the reason for why when one gets treated badly, one tries to make up for it as people may have a bad consciousness. You want to counterbalance it to have neutrality. 

You add your positive ion to charge the negative ion to find balance.

However, once you become aware of the toxic strategy and of your toxic external validation (identity) mechanisms, you counteract by ignoring the negativity or adding your reaction. 

Take nothing personally

(the bad parts)

While subconsciously we are all one and all alone. We are just separated by a space and L (love). 

all one = alone.

We also subconsciously seek harmony. 

What is the best strategy?

To bow and to serve 

(those that deserve)

When looking at ripe wheat crops they hang down and are flexible, so their stalks bend (mindset).

As opposed to stiff young stalks who are proud and inflexible (mindset).

Their mindsets are narrow and their identity is not on serving the others, but on holding their head up high in the sky and building skyscrapers for themselves.

When engaging in communication we want to find common intersections. We subconsciously are a bit like a chamelion.

Blend in to stick out

Trans = across, beyond, having certain groups of atoms on opposite sides

We engage in trans-communication.

Transculturalism is the field of making the inbetween not seen but felt. Ideally, by positively reading and charging the other person(s) and engaging in a communicative dance seeking harmony and love. We align certain groups of atoms on opposite sides

Words create worlds

we add L = love and s = sword

words = sword + L = worlds

It is a delicate dance of the tongues.

The tongue is our strongest muscle

They are swords of Love 

This dance exemplifies ideal harmonic transcultural communication.

Everything is inbetween the unseen. 

The two dancers interprete and unify the musical frequencies and engage in a symbiotic dance, positively elevating us.

We exist to love and be loved.

Where do you seek love?

Internally from God above?

Externally from others?

Or a combination?

🎨 When We Design Memories, We Reprogram Ourselves

I recently watched someone turn a memory into art —
a seashell, a photo, a pressed flower — sealed inside glass.

That’s when it struck me:
“Every time we preserve a memory, we reshape it.”

We think we’re freezing the past.

In reality, we’re rewriting it.

I’ve noticed this in my own life.
Years ago, I framed my first solo trip boarding pass — a symbol of courage.
But when I later remade it into a collage, it told a different story — one of transformation.

That’s when I realized: I don’t collect memories to remember.
I collect them to renegotiate who I’ve become since.

What I felt emotionally, neuroscience later confirmed biologically.

There’s a process called reconsolidation — every time you recall a memory, your brain reopens it like a file, updates it, and saves a new version.

In other words:
 → Every recall reshapes emotion.
 → Every artifact redefines meaning.
 → Every creation teaches your brain what to remember next.

We aren’t just saving memories — we’re editing identity.
In my view, it’s not about avoiding nostalgia — it’s about using it consciously.

Here’s how I try to keep memory creation honest and healing:
✅ Reflect before preserving. I ask, “What emotion am I choosing to keep?”
✅ Capture feeling, not perfection. Beauty without authenticity becomes fiction.
✅ Revisit memories with gratitude. It transforms regret into understanding.
✅ Leave room for evolution. Some memories should keep growing with you.

I think memory-making isn’t about holding on to time — it’s about teaching yourself what to believe next.

Every time you design a memory, you’re shaping the architecture of your future self.

So I’ll leave you with this:
