Context is what it affects, what breaks if you’re wrong, and what risk you just transferred to someone else. 

And here’s the part most people are missing right now:
A lot of people are operating in trauma.

Trying to earn #trust in trauma is a top-tier #skill—because trauma changes the rules of performance:
- attention fragments
- memory gets unreliable
- decisions get delayed
- confidence drops
- “simple” execution becomes heavy

So “just be consistent, just learn AI, just do more” doesn’t land for everyone.

That’s content garbage

The context is: people are fighting to stay regulated enough to function… while still needing to earn, lead, and deliver.

That’s why I’m not afraid of AI.
AI is a #multiplier and an #equalizer.

Which means it will multiply:
your clarity… or your confusion
your discipline… or your chaos
your judgment… or your avoidance

AI can generate output.
It can’t generate discernment.
It can't feel that you are lost. That is a very human capability, and I am a beast at it. 
But it can certainly expose those who cannot or will not understand this point.

It can’t sense the misses.
It can’t tell whether the request is a real need… or a comfort/entertainment choice that avoids the truth.
It can't tell if your ask is a procrastination tactic, and call you on it.

And this is where I think about #kintsugi—repairing what’s broken with gold.
Not to romanticize pain.

But to name something real:
#Trust isn’t built by pretending nothing cracked.
Trust is built when someone can hold what’s fractured, tell the truth about it, and still help you move forward—stronger, clearer, and more whole.
Now let me take it one level deeper:

People don’t buy things.
They don’t buy outcomes.
They don’t even buy what they’ll get when the outcome is realized.
They don’t buy how they’ll feel once it happens.
They buy the transformation they can leverage because the outcome becomes real.


And the faster you can make that transformation visible—clearly, credibly, in their language—the higher the stakes you can command.
Bonus if you can also say exactly how much time you’ll save them by handing them the keys to their new ride…

Double bonus if it’s in their favorite color.
Because the premium promise isn’t “I’ll do it for you.”
It’s: “I’ll make you the kind of person/company that can do this without me.”
... and when we are done, you will be almost indistinguishable from me in this area. Here are all the answers.
