One small habit that quietly improved my productivity:

Getting dressed like I’m about to meet the CEO of my ideal client.

Even when I’m working from home.

For a long time, working remotely felt like a free pass to stay in comfort mode.
Sweatpants. Hoodie. “No one will see me anyway.”

But I noticed something subtle:

The way I dressed changed the way I showed up.

Not just in meetings.
Also in how focused I felt.
How sharp my thinking was.
How seriously I took the work in front of me.

So I made a simple rule for myself:

Dress for the level you want to operate at.
Not for the place you’re sitting in.

It’s a small signal to your own brain:
Today matters.
What I’m building matters.
And I’m someone who shows up ready.

Maybe it sounds minor.
But small standards, repeated daily, tend to shape bigger results.

At least… that’s what I’m noticing lately.

Your results are heavily influenced by your information diet.

Not just what you eat.
What you consume with your eyes and mind every single day.

Because if your day starts with random IG Reels, noise, drama and distraction…
don’t be surprised when your focus, standards and output look the same.

I noticed this the hard way.

There was a period where my attention felt scattered.
Not because I lacked discipline.
But because my inputs were weak.

So I changed one simple thing:

I became extremely selective about who gets access to my brain.

When I started scaling my agency in 2023, I thought working with a few freelancers would be the solution.

Nothing flashy.
But very intentional.

Because the more I grow in business, the more I realize:

Success is rarely about one big decision.
It’s about what you see and repeat every single day.

Your environment shapes your behavior.

So I stopped asking:
“What apps do I want on my phone?”

And started asking:
“What inputs do I want in my life?”

For a long time, I focused on the numbers.
Double digits team. Triple digits clients. Seven-figure revenue.
It felt great. But something was missing.

I recently listened to Alex Hormozi and Tony Robbins talk.
They said something that stuck with me.
Success is about what you get. Purpose is about what you give.

I see leaders like Bas Bults and Rajhen Ramoutar living this every day.
They don’t just build companies.
They build a better world for the people around them.
Donating meals. Collecting money to support research for sick children.
That inspired me. It made me want to do more.

But here is the truth: I don’t have a "grand vision" yet.
I don't have a 10-year plan for saving the world.

And that’s okay.

I think "purpose" is like a muscle. You have to train it.
You don't find it by thinking. You find it by doing.
So, I decided to take the first step.

This month, I donated 100 meals to people who need them.

It’s not a million meals. It’s not a global foundation.
