After Covid

Il 19 novembre l'Italia ha detto basta: niente più chiamate da call center con numeri di cellulare, veri o fasulli. La migliore cosa che potesse capitare alle aziende serie.

E non sto parlando solo di teoria. 

HubSpot - solo per citare il più famoso - ha completamente bloccato la possibilità di usare numeri mobili italiani per chiamare. Li hanno proprio rimossi dagli account dei clienti. 
Ma fondamentalmente tutti i CRM e tutti i software del mondo hanno fatto lo stesso. Blocco totale.

Ho aspettato appositamente 3 settimane per vedere come reagiva il mercato. Volevo i fatti, non le opinioni.

E i fatti sono questi.

Prima di novembre, migliaia di aziende serie usavano numeri mobili per chiamare dai loro centralini. Non perché fossero truffatori, ma perché era l'unico modo per farsi rispondere. 

Il numero fisso? Morto. 
Nessuno rispondeva più pensando fosse un call center.

Il problema è che questa pratica richiedeva l'acquisto e l'attivazione di SIM. Roba noiosa, fastidiosa, che ti obbligava a gestire SIM fisiche collegate a cellulari reali. Un casino per qualsiasi imprenditore serio.

Ora cosa sta succedendo?

I truffatori - quelli delle robocall su Amazon, dei depuratori d'acqua miracolosi, degli investimenti facili - non possono più mascherarsi con numeri italiani. Chiamano con numerazioni estere. E indovina? È facilissimo riconoscerli.

Nel frattempo io, i miei conoscenti, i nostri clienti, stiamo vivendo tutti la stessa cosa: finalmente quando arriva una chiamata da un numero fisso italiano, sai che è un'azienda vera. E rispondi.

Addio al pensiero "devo chiamare col cellulare altrimenti pensano che sia un call center". Finalmente.

Ma c'è di più.

I nostri clienti che si sono fidati di noi hanno iniziato a chiamare e messaggiare su WhatsApp col numero fisso aziendale. E udite udite... nessun danno, nessun problema. Tutto funziona alla grandissima.

La Voice AI è figa in demo. Poi vai in produzione e, se non sai cosa stai facendo, rischi di rompere tutto. 

Nelle ultime settimane ho ricevuto una valanga di chiamate da imprenditori che stanno esplorando la Voice AI.

Ma quella chiamata alle 23:00 per l'allagamento in cantina?
Quella deve arrivare dritta al telefono del titolare.

E qui sta il punto.

Vedo decine di operatori che si stanno buttando sulla Voice AI senza avere la minima idea di come funzionano le telecomunicazioni aziendali.
Pensano che basti mettere su un bot e il gioco è fatto.

La verità è che l'AI sblocca il suo vero potenziale solo quando si integra in modo trasparente nei flussi che esistono già.
Quando non è un corpo estraneo, ma parte del sistema.
