PB Branding

Pinyin Studio a French graphic design agency and BranEverest successfully merged in late December 2015 and formed PB Branding. PB Branding is a graphic design and marketing consultancy company that offers graphic design, creative direction, web development and digital marketing services to Chinese and international clients which include Uber and Didi.

Main responsibilities
•	Sales and marketing research, strategy formulation and execution
•	Pitching and presenting to qualified leads
•	Sales management and KPI formulation and tracking

Achievements:
•	Revenue growth of 330% during the first year of PBB operations
•	Expanded the company from 10 to 20 employees in 12 months
•	Identified, pursued and closed successful cooperation with major Chinese and international clients including Uber and Didi.
•	Restructured project management, financial management and HR practices of PB Branding.

Managing Director

RevReal

RevReal is a tool for Chinese consumers to verify the authenticity of their purchases. Responding to the well-publicised pediatric food safety issues in China, RevReal helps parents ensure the safety of the food their children consume from farm to fork. RevReal is an integrated front end/back end and WeChat platform  
In 2015 RevReal secured a 500.000 RMB seed investment for sales and development purposes. However a year later, due to not being able to secure further investment, the project was discontinued.

Elanders

Elanders is a multinational printing doing business in more than 10 countries with 5000 employees. The production plant in China service clients such as SONY, Volvo, IKEA and Mercedez.

Following a presentation for Elanders in 2012, I was hired out of school to move to China and establish a personalized printing subsidiary. Together with legal consultants and a small team达拉马 DALAHÄST was successfully established in 2013.

As project manager, I was responsible for a team of graphic designers and business developers to develop the brand, products and marketing material as well as conducting day to day sales activities through out Beijing.

The team was managed in mandarin and all employees were Chinese, communication with HR and Financial departments were also mainly done in mandarin.

Achievements:
•	Established a retail business in Beijing
•	Successfully designed, built and implemented a web shop (http://www.dalama.cn/ currently not accessible) with a functioning order and delivery system. 
•	Recruitment and staff management
•	Managing a team of 6 designers, sales staff and administrative employees as well as a varying amount of employees in production.

达拉马 DALAHÄST was closed down in 2015 due to liquidity issues of the mother company. As manager of the project, I was responsible for closing down the subsidiary and letting the employees go.

⭐️ Extra stolt över bidragit till ICAs stora kampanjer, insamlingar, ökade tomat ätandet, att vi lyfter lokala engagemang, genomfört ett 100 års firande som var mer än fest. Skapat arbetsplatser och butiker från grunden och att jag får utlopp för min kundskap, kreativitet och samarbete med fantastiska människor i butik, kontor och lager
