My book is built on four parts and developed according to my philosophy on health and wellness. To live a lifestyle where you make food your medicine and where you build strong health from the ground. Regulate your health with my 10 keys.

The first part is about my 10 keys, where I go through the different elements we need to have balance within to feel good. You can also see what you personally need to regulate and improve your own health.

The second part is a ready-made meal plan I developed to easily bring more raw food into your everyday life. Raw food is very good if you want to help your body stay healthy and let the food be your medicine.

Interim Sales Manager

Kurera Tidskrift / Hälsokraft

Jag ansvarade för ett affärsområde inom Hälsokraft koncernen, Kurera tidskrift. Förutom en tidning med en upplaga på 80.000 exemplar så är kurera.se en av Sveriges största hälsotidningar på nätet med dagsnyheter. Fokusområden: ledarskap, försäljning, affärsutveckling.

Hälsokraft är en av de största kedjorna i Sverige inom hälsokostfackhandeln och jag arbetade inom 3 områden: 

1. Drift av butiker. Jag ägde och ansvarade fullt ut för några butiker i Hälsokraftkedjan. Arbetet var främst att se till att motivera och inspirera butikscheferna och coacha dem. Jag tillförde en stor del kommersiellt perspektiv för butikscheferna. 

2. Utvecklingsprojekt på huvudkontoret. Jag har en flytande roll på huvudkontoret som är beroende på vilka projekt som startas men jag har jobbat mycket med etableringar av butiker som är lite grunden i mitt jobb.  Men ett udda projekt som var väldigt begränsat var under 2011, då anordnade jag en hälsokryssning på Silja Line med mässa och föreläsningar. 

3. Tidningen Kurera med affärsutveckling för webbsidan www.kurera.se. Kurera är ett inspirationsmagasin och jag hade stort ansvar när sidan lanserades. Allt från tekniks support mot IT-partners till att ansvara för releasefesten och PR kring releasen. Idag jobbar jag mycket med utveckling och nya intäktsmöjligheter. 

Hälsokraft is one of the largest retailers within health and wellness in Sweden and I worked in 3 business areas:

1. Store owner.
I owned and was fully responsible for a couple stores in the Health Chain. The work was primarily to make sure to motivate and inspire the store managers and coach them.

2. Business development projects at the head office.
I have a floating role at the head office, which depends on which projects that are started but I have worked a lot with establishments of stores that are a bit of a foundation in my job.
Among other projects I also organized a health cruise on Silja Line with trade shows and lectures.

GiftToday Sweden AB (publ) / chokladogram.se

Jag är en av grundarna till GiftToday Sweden AB. Under min tid som VD så börsnoterades bolaget på Aktietorget. GiftToday har verkat under bland annat varumärket chokladogram.se och blomsterbudet.se.

Förutom uppbyggnad av organisation så ansvarade jag även för bolagets marknadsföring och PR. Bolaget har under min tid haft en konstant ökning på 60% årligen med undantag av en intensiv period med marknadsföring då försäljningen gick upp med 140%. chokladogram.se verkar inom snabbrörliga konsumtionsvaror vilket planering och logistik har varit viktiga parametrar ihop med e-handel och flera distributionsorter. Det var en intressant och lärorik utmaning som vi lyckades mycket väl med!


I was one of the founders of the e-commerce company, chokladogram.se, developed the concept from the first stage of the idea stage with small funds in the beginning, and yet had great effects with good sales. 

During my time as CEO, we developed the company by taking it to the stock exchange on behalf of the company's board. The work as CEO meant a lot of financial work against investors and the stock market, to sell the company through both major shareholder meetings, such as fund commissioners. Marketing was developed and the company made major investments, among other things. Advertising on TV4, which significantly increased sales.

CityMail Sweden AB

När jag började på CityMail var det ett postföretag och jag arbetade med varumärkesförflyttningen från att vara ett postföretag till att bli ett tjänsteföretag inom kommunikation. Redskapen var PR och marknadsföring samt ett nära samarbete med säljavdelningen för implementering av säljmetodiker. I mitt arbete så tog jag fram strategier, budgetplaner för PR och reklam.

When I started at CityMail, it was a postal company and I worked with the brand movement to become a service company within communications. The tools were PR and marketing as well as close collaboration with the sales department for the implementation of sales methodologies. In my work, I developed strategies, budget plans for public relations and advertising. During the time CityMail was owned by Royal Mail and by Norwegian Mail.

Arbetade främst med marknadsföring för att öka kundstocken men även med PR mot
journalister för att få redaktionellt utrymme om prisjämförelser. Tyvärr flyttades kontor till
Madeira. Men de korta tid genomförde jag en hel del positiva åtgärder för företaget inom
kommunikationen.

Worked primarily with marketing to increase customer base, but also with PR against journalists to get editorial space on price comparisons. Unfortunately, offices where transferred to Madeira. But in the short term, I implemented a lot of positive actions for the company in the communication

SDR Svensk Direktreklam

Jag arbetade i en reklambyrå inom SDR och hade kundansvaret för framtagning av reklamtrycksaker, främst oadresserad direktreklam. Fokus var att få kunder som inte använt mediet att börja köpa DR och vi hade flera stora nya kunder.

I worked in an advertising agency within SDR and had the responsibility for developing commercial advertising, mainly unaddressed direct mail. The focus was to get customers who did not use the media to start buying direct mail and we had several big new customers.

VOX PR och Information

Vox är en klassisk PR byrå som även jobbar med events. Jag har arbetat i projekt för ”kändisfester”, har även haft ansvarat för egna projekt, bla tv kanalen Fox Kids samt även arbetat med klassiska journalist-bearbetningsuppdrag, pressreleaser med uppföljning.

Vox is a classic PR agency that also works with events. I have worked in projects for "celebrity parties", have also been responsible for their own projects, including the Fox Kids TV channel, and worked on classic journalist assignments, press releases with follow-up.

Jag ansvarade för ett av lokalkontorens distributionsområden. Huvuduppgiften var att driva det dagliga ansvaret på kontoret för distribution av direktreklam till hushåll. Kontoret som jag arbetade för tillhörde de mest välrenommerade.

I was responsible for one of the local offices' distribution areas. The main task was to run the daily responsibility of the office for distribution of direct mail to households. The office I worked for belonged to the most reputable.
