•  Responsible in Brazil for providing 3rd level, reactive & proactive support with teams in Russia, USA and China for Office365, focus on Skype for Business with 80,000 users resulting in progressive reduction of incidents by up to 85%;

•  Responsible for performance evaluations of Skype for Business for strategic areas such as Sales, Marketing and VPs resulting in 95% stability in global A / V conferences via Skype;

•  Implementation of SQL on premise for replication of historical Microsoft cloud data for internal Big Data activities;

•  Responsible for solution on premise for recovering critical data from CEO, Victoria Mars, who were hosted in the cloud and without valid backups.

•  Responsible in Brazil in conjunction with international team for the migration activities for Office 365 and Azure, of more than 280K users of Nestlé, resulting in a cost reduction of $ 9 per user to $ 3/user.

•  Responsible in Brazil for collaborating directly in the closing of business for solution of Enterprise Voice and Collaboration. Value of the business: over 1 million dollars/year;

•  Specialized MS-Exchange and Security Engineer with participation in the design of new product and service, with worldwide scope and with the methodology Cloud, being responsible for the dissemination of the new product to more than 250 Engineers in several countries and consequent evaluation of the retention of the content;

•  Responsible in Brazil together with the Swiss team for the renewal and increase of the Dedicated Premier Support Services contract from 600 hours per year to 1600 hours per year for three consecutive years. 
Result: 350K dollars per year; Over 1M in 3 years.

•  International and responsible team member in Latin America for the creation and implementation of the first Microsoft SaaS.

•  Master Trainer responsible for the creation, development and dissemination of the first required global Workshop for the more than one thousand Premier engineers in the world.
