I’ve always been wired for two worlds: technology and taste.
From coding in BASIC at twelve to crafting specialty teas at Kruze, I’ve never been able to separate curiosity from creation.

Both worlds taught me the same lesson: 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁, not a medium.

In coffee and tea, mastery means knowing your origins, respecting the process, and serving something worth remembering.
In AI, it means understanding tools deeply enough to make them useful, not just impressive.

That’s the space I live in: turning complexity into clarity.

Over the past years, I’ve trained and coached hundreds of analysts, managers, and founders to work more efficient thanks to tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and Microsoft Copilot.
Together we’ve built custom GPTs that remove repetitive work, creative workflows that cut hours from content production, and AI copilots that make decision-making faster, not riskier.

And because I also run a real business, 𝗞𝗿𝘂𝘇𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 & 𝗧𝗲𝗮, a respected Belgium artisanal brand, I don’t teach AI from a slide deck.
I test it in the wild: in logistics, product development, marketing, and daily operations.

Every prompt, process, and framework I teach has lived through a business challenge first.
