Most businesses don’t fail because they’re bad.

Burger King copied McDonald’s for 30 years.

Most founders brag about revenue.

That’s a mistake.

Most businesses don’t have a strategy problem.

Rocks die in companies that “set and forget.”
Weekly check-ins expose excuses early.

5️⃣ Protect Rocks from urgency
If a task doesn’t move a Rock forward,
