•	Personally responsible for $30 million in revenue annually, nearly doubling the productivity of the average account manager on the South Central region team.

Public Sector Account Manager

Account Manager responsible for delivering revenue and margin dollars to the business with an emphasis on acquiring new targeted accounts. Manage accounts in a geographical territory of 19 states in the central US. 

•	Exceeded quota in first 2 quarters in the territory by finishing at 128% and 250% of goal respectively by identifying prospects and helping customers solve their business problems with HP solutions and services.
•	Over-achieved against quarterly revenue goals in the $1.9 - $3.6 Million dollar range.
•	Successfully built a strong network of partner resources enabling me to drive incremental revenue for the organization.

Commercial Account Manager

Responsible for the successful operation of the SMB Sales and Expertise Center.  Drive business results as well as manage multiple high profile projects and new initiatives simultaneously.  Lead team of business planning analysts and product specialists.  Accountable for all business process documentation and process improvement.   Develop systems and tools functionality that deliver sales productivity effectiveness.  Manage training value and employee development projects.  Provide business reporting and executive decision support.  

•	Represent the business in all global and regional cross-organizational projects.
•	Successfully launched a named account business model in 30 days.  Project included executive presentations to gain approval, CRM enhancements to support new strategy, training curriculum, and reporting requirements to effectively manage the business.
•	Business owner for project that out-sourced inbound sales calls for imaging and printing products to a partner in Canada.  Wrote the statement of work that drove the contract and negotiations.  Provide leadership and operational guidance to the project on an ongoing basis.
•	Initiated and drove project to reduce order cycle time for non-configured server products.  Resulting in improved customer service and sales productivity.
•	Act as business representative for margin based compensation planning.  Created sales aids, and sales trainings to better prepare the sales teams for the business change.
•	Developed new organizational design and business plan for adding incremental headcount to the customer service organization resulting in increased accountability to the sales organization and improved total customer experience.

Sales Operations Manager

Lead team of 35 sales professionals and 2 managers, selling technology solutions to education accounts nationally with a 2002 direct revenue goal of $494 million. Develop processes for sales teams to manage existing customer and prospect relationships within CRM tool.  Facilitate successful relationships with various organizations from contract office to manufacturing and distribution.

•	Delivered revenue of $472.7 million in 2001 against goal of $408.9 million achieving $63.8 million in revenue over goal in a highly competitive market.
•	Grew business by 10% from 1999 to 2000 resulting in $36 million in additional revenue or $365.7 million in total revenue. 
•	Relocated sales organization from Houston to Colorado Springs in 60 days.  Recruited and trained over 50 sales representatives while continuing to grow the business.  
•	Work closely with marketing and compensation organizations to develop effective demand generation programs and incentive plans designed to increase HP’s penetration of the Public Sector marketplace.
•	Established strategic industry partnerships resulting in incremental hardware and software sales by enhancing HP’s solutions offering to the customer.
