Benchmarked and evaluated financial, economic, and statistical data used in developing and/or testing the pricing of intercompany transactions. Performed quantitative and qualitative analyses and drafted analytical reports to support the arm’s length nature of intercompany pricing. 

Assisted our Audit team in auditing/testing transfer pricing-related transactions/accounts for a number of firms to determine if the transactions were arm’s length. Provided valuations for tax purposes.

Managed  transfer pricing engagements, assisting multinational clients in complying with transfer pricing  requirements for the countries in which they operate.

Worked extensively with US and European companies with operations throughout China.

Senior - International Tax, Transfer Pricing

Managed transfer pricing engagements for some of the world’s largest asset managers, banks, and insurance companies, assisting clients in preparing transfer pricing documentation for US tax and OECD purposes.  Developed economic analyses and benchmarked key value drivers for a variety of financial service businesses. Performed valuations for public and non-public corporations for tax purposes.

As a research analyst within Crestone’s internship program, I assisted in the due diligence process for the selection of underlying investments for their various private equity and hedge fund of funds.
