Professional update! 
After ~4 years of being a fractional / contract resource in the nonprofit tech space, I'm excited to be pivoting back to full time, dedicated work as of next week. 

With that said, it is with very mixed emotions to share that today marks my final day on the frontlines at AiryDocs. I will be transitioning out of my roll as the Head of Go To Market. While I will not be involved in the day to day work, I’m excited (and thankful) to remain involved in some capacity serving as a Strategic Advisor going forward. 

When I look back at the work we’ve done in such a short time, I feel nothing but pride and gratitude. Building alongside Wadih Pazos has been a career highlight for me. "Do good work and have fun while you're at it" is a mantra! I’ve always had the utmost respect for him ever since our paths crossed many years ago working in the Blackbaud ecosystem. Having the chance to be alongside him “in the trenches” has been so rewarding. Wadih, thank you for the opportunity to help shape this business. I have total faith in your vision and the future for AiryDocs and Esgenio. 

I also want to shout out the incredible ecosystem of partners who believed in us early on. Your support made all the difference. While my personal decision to pivot was a difficult one, it was made easier knowing the company is positioned for massive success. I’m also thrilled that in our transition planning, we have brought on a stellar new leader to carry the torch and drive the next phase of growth. An announcement on that is coming from AiryDocs very soon!

As for what’s next for me… I’ll have a separate update next week!
