For this contract role, was placed on assignment with a distribution client and worked closely with the HR-Talent Acquisition team. Other members of my team were located in Los Angles and Portland.
It was my responsibility to source, review resumes, interview, recommend and onboard candidates for jobs in Alaska, California, Colorado, Ohio and the Pacific Northwest region-Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

I worked directly with a group of remote managers in order to focus on their hiring needs for Transportation, Finance & Accounting, Warehouse, Management, Administrative, IT and Field Sales positions.
Daily, I was presenting candidates and offering feedback to support the employee retention, staffing and hiring needs of this company.

By the numbers-
-worked with remote hiring mangers across 3 time zones
and kept an active job req. load of 20+ (with a high of 30+ during increased business)
-averaged 3 to 4 new hires/ per week (for a 15 month total of about 180 new hires)

-Provided coaching and direction to new agents who prepared for state licensing- as a direct result, was able to lower the time of completion in half, helping agents meet customers more quickly to provide for their insurance needs
