We're hiring across the stack for Engineering Teams in Mountain View, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles and New York City.

Technical Recruiting Associate (Sourcer) 

NeoGenomics Laboratories

• Supports one or more recruiters on administrative tasks and projects related to the full life-cycle recruitment process
• Focusing on enabling the team to effectively meet expectations, and ensuring a positive and efficient experience for prospective candidates, new hires, and internal business partners.
• Sourced a daily report from the ATS to manage and follow-up on background checks and drug screens
• Coordinated the scheduling of phone/video/panel/onsite interviews across time zones for 6 recruiters
• Introduced 8-10 Remote new hires every week to the company by facilitating New Hire Orientation
• Provided an excellent candidate experience, responded and resolved candidate and employee questions

• Promoted to Lead Census Field Manager (LCFM) after two months of delivering results
