I provide full life cycle recruiting, process development and improvement for recruiting and on-boarding, implantation and training on a new applicant tracking system, and general organizational strategy support to HR Director. I work closely within the HR team to ensure company goals are being achieved through hiring and retention of the best staff possible and compliance is being met in hiring standards, practices, and policy.

Part time support of a small Real Estate office. Assisting them to building a team, expanding their marketing, building their online presences, defining process, writing and reviewing contracts and agency paper work on a weekly bases.

TechBlue was a growing consulting firm that believed in helping their clients transform their business.  TechBlue excelled at identifying opportunities that lead to the creation of meaningful business value, and helps organizations to be smarter, be faster and be better in dynamic and rapidly changing business environments.

Designed and implemented organizational development solutions within TechBlue in support of the overall business strategy and objectives.  I preformed departmental and organizational assessment, created recommendations regarding organizational development strategies and implementations. I worked with Executive Management to improve company communication with employees and internal and external employer branding. 
Collaborated with Executive Management and Senior Leadership to improve organizational effectiveness through the development and deployment of organizational strategy solutions.  By building on TechBlue’s strengths to promote a highly-engaged workforce, ensured we developed and promoted the best into our leadership roles, made thoughtful and strategic hires, and successfully navigated the changing talent acquisition landscape.  I did the full-life cycle recruiting of all positions.  I developed new and comprehensive job descriptions for each role in the company.  Created hiring and onboarding process to bring TechBlue into Federal compliance for Government Contractors (OFCCP compliance).

This was full life cycle recruiting for a mid size government contractor.  I supported three high profile proposals, fully staffing the one proposal that was awarded to NCI.  The other two proposals were not won by the company.

Supporting Amazon.com with technical recruiting needs in the Seattle, WA area through Talent Fusion.
Jump started staffing for a new division of Amazon called AmazonFresh. I cleared out a 6 month back log of candidates which had been languishing in their system and helped to establish a new process for pre-screening candidates before presenting for phone interviews with the Hiring Managers. This improved overall candidate and manager experience in the hiring process. The result was more phone screens turned into face to face interviews with less wasted time by the Hiring Managers and interview teams. I sourced outstanding technical talent for this new and growing division with skills in Java, Ruby on Rails, UIX and much more.
