– Led Hirewell’s brand refresh, including updated visuals (logo, color, fonts, photography) and refined brand voice (copy).
– Oversaw Hirewell.com redesign, managing UX, content, creative, RevOps, QA, and cross-functional execution.
– Redesigned solutions framework to simplify and strengthen go-to-market messaging.
– Implemented HubSpot as the core RevOps platform, enabling sales outbound, marketing email, event management, prospect intelligence (web + email behavior), and advanced business automation.

– Supported acquisition and integration of Rainmakers as Hirewell’s self-serve talent platform.
– Revamped Google Ads strategy, optimizing targeting, creative, and landing pages to 3x campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
– Launched and led beta testing for Sourcewell, an AI tech sourcing tool—secured pilot partners, drove onboarding, and delivered qualitative insights and analysis.
