Tash is an entrepreneur, journalist, broadcaster and best-selling author, and the founder & executive producer of DTC Live, Biz Kids, Tash Talks & The Notting Hill Company. 

With a track record spanning many years, she has made a significant impact by leveraging cutting-edge online marketing techniques, mass mainstream media and a profound understanding of British consumers.

Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2007 when she founded Talk to the Press, the UK's first and leading online press agency, earning multiple awards along the way.

Separately, in 2009, she founded The Notting Hill Shopping Bag Company, which sells now-iconic tote bags to visitors to London’s Portobello Road, which she remains a shareholder in today.

In 2014, Tash successfully sold Talk to the Press to SWNS, marking a significant milestone in her business career. Tash went on to create and exit the Amazon-only beauty brand, Luminositie, and build one of London's most prominent social media advertising agencies, Bolt Digital.

Specialising in ecommerce, Bolt Digital worked with over 200 brands, largely in the beauty and FMCG vertical, and served as the growth partner for numerous household name British brands.

In 2021, Tash's leadership led to the establishment of DTC Live, the leading eCom, DTC and growth community.

Today, DTC Live supports over 4500 retail, ecommerce, and tech brands through education and events and the DTC Live Conference won Best Ecommerce Event at the Flame awards.

Tash serves on the board of the CEW, the UK's leading trade organisation for beauty brands, is an ambassador for Meta's She Means Business initiative, founded by Sheryl Sandberg, and is part of a team that has trained over 100,000 female entrepreneurs in social media.

Tash is a strong advocate for fostering entrepreneurship in the younger generation. She is the founder & executive producer of Biz Kids, a platform that empowers parents to unlock their child's entrepreneurial mindset, supporting the next wave of innovators and leaders. EMAIL AI.... Last week’s stats dropped into my inbox and… I’m almost at the point of breaking company with Otter.ai, the meeting note-taker, I've used for years, and moving fully over to Fyxer AI, which takes notes at meetings, organises my inbox and drafts my replies. 

13.1 hours saved in a single week.

850 emails organised.

108 draft replies written.

Crucially, these replies were largely / nearly in my tone, with context pulled from meetings, inbox behaviour and ongoing workstreams.

The draft quality, which was not unusable for me even a few months ago, is now very close to my natural email writing. 

It’s not just the product that’s accelerating.

This teams creative strategy on LinkedIn and Meta ads is brilliant, including a “document, don’t create” reportage-style content strategy following the team as they build the product, press ads, BTS creative, creators deployed, and comedy parodies. 

It’s left-field, and exactly the sort of creative diversification more brands should be studying, especially in a landscape where cut-through now depends on range, speed, and diversity as much as production quality.

My favourite creative so far, an 'overheard conversation' observational format filmed from afar of two people sharing inbox overwhelm pain.
