Hey, I'm Joel.

TLDR people

I spent 12 years on a Marine Special Operations team. I have dedicated my life to mastering the art of discipline, mental toughness, and resilience. I help clients to harness their inner warrior to conquer life's challenges and emerge stronger. 

The long story. 

I spent the first 22 years of my life lost. Dropped out of college, and worked dead-end jobs. No direction in life. Through finding discipline and mental toughness I was able to enlist in the military and build a career in Special Operations.

Mental toughness and discipline have allowed me to do things I never thought possible: 

- 50-mile runs
- 10 mile swims
- 20 Mile ruck runs

Plus much more.

Most people go through life never realizing what they are capable of.

The climb.

The workouts you didn’t want to do.
The healthy meals you stayed intentional with.
The choices you made when no one was watching.

That’s where the real growth happened.
That’s where the identity shifted.
That’s where you became the person capable of more.

Success is never in the peak, it’s always in the climb.

Here’s to finishing the year… becoming stronger than you started.

Here’s the truth no one wants to admit:  Your future self isn’t built on January 1st.  It’s built today.

In the decisions you make, when everyone else is mentally checked out.

😬 Lose momentum now…and you’ll spend half of next year trying to get it back.
😎 Stay intentional — even at 70–80% consistency, and you hit January already ahead.

Not scrambling for motivation.
Not starting over.
Already aligned.
Already strong.

You can enjoy the holidays and still honor your goals.
This isn’t about restriction.
It’s about ownership.

So answer this honestly: Are you building momentum right now…or waiting for the calendar to save you??

You don’t need more discipline — you need guardrails.

Extreme rules fail.
Holiday “all or nothing” fails.
Trying to “be perfect” fails.

But intentional guardrails?
Those keep you winning:

→ Plan ahead
→ Move daily
→ Never miss twice
