My goal was to ensure the processes I put in place were centered around automation and removing manual processing where possible.

- handling and dealing with complaints and being the initial point of escalations in relation to overall commercial and service delivery issues

- Designed and created an Implementation Auto-Enrolment Project Guide Document for the purpose of providing clients with more visibility and progress on their pension schemes. This subsequently enhanced client satisfaction and reduced amount of time being spent on operating manual processes.

Being a part of Operations Team I was responsible on a day-to-day basis to:

- managing SAYE and SIP clients on Shareworks and processing transactions, updating and cancelling client contracts

- collaborating with clients HR and Share-Plan professionals including Barclays, Mercer etc.

- provide administrative and customer service support to corporate client accounts and their plan participants

- maintain the successful running of client's share incentive schemes by interacting with external stakeholders and managing participants' requests

- review and resolve issues identified by CRM system monitoring tools

- produce financial and administrative reports from Solium CRM platform by uploading and managing client data

- train of corporate clients

- maintain and review the CRM Shareworks platform by advising on design documents where and when required

- analyse the processes and identify areas for automation by reducing the burden of manual processes

- assist in the development of training guides and documentation of front office activities

- interpret the impact on client plans and offer solutions to streamline business processes
