As of very young age, I have worked as a referee in ice-hockey (9 seasons, both linesman and referee) and floorball (15 years). This tasks includes leading and managing many types of "stakeholders" at the same time. While the general expectation from referees may just consist of making quick decisions under high pressure, the real scope of tasks goes well beyond that. 
As a referee I have been consistently learning how to communicate with many various types of personalities, how to sell (promote and justify) own decisions and how to be responsible not only to the approx. 20-40 direct participants (players, coaches), but also to the audience, to whom it requires a trustworthy and confident self-presentation. 
It is obvious that the quality and precision of decision, which all have to be made in almost no time, impact other aspects significantly. The audience I have experienced has counted from few dozens to several thousands of spectators. This always brings a strong commitment towards the performance as the referee work supports the whole product delivery.

Throughout the long-lasting experience, I have taken part in games under the following organisations:
- Czech Ice Hockey (formerly Czech Ice Hockey Association)
- Czech Floorball (formerly Czech Floorball Union)
- Finnish Floorball Federation
- Finnish Ice Hockey Association

Business development of CEAMA - AI / AR solution for final assembly and maintenance - in a TUTL (research commercialisation) project which is funded by Business Finland and is due in January 2020. My tasks have included business model development, market analysis (available and obtainable market size, future estimations and both present and future competitor situation) and IPR portfolio development support (mainly patent research).

My main goal during the project has been to provide suggestions out of the obvious and to encourage others to try to innovate not only on the side of technology, but also in terms of the actual business execution. For that, I have taken additional online courses related to business development and read many articles reflecting various approaches, success and failure stories and trends on the market.

I have also taken part at many big international events and workshops to stay updated on market trends, discuss with potential future partner companies and co-develop cooperation between start-ups and big companies (e.g., World Summit AI, Global Industrie, Techfestival). 

In addition to that, I have also participated on the project website building and worked as a secretary during the Steering Committee meetings, which has allowed me to learn perspectives of senior people from big industrial companies.

New Business Developer

Erasmus For Young Entrepreneurs

Cooperation with Mr.Jarmo Perttilä, the owner of Arena Center Oy, on preparations and development of his new business idea. Focus on product development, logistics and marketing tasks. This co-operation was possible thanks to an Erasmus grant as a part of the EU's exchange project for entrepreneurs. As an applicant, I had gone through a thorough selection process, incl. own idea business plan submission. While the general process included selection of senior entrepreneur from the existing database, I had negotiated the participation with Mr. Perttilä myself.

Off-Ice Officials team member during the IIHF 2015 World Championship. Mainly responsible for official announcements during selected matches in Prague (in Czech and English language). Work under pressure - need for quick reactions, any action recognised by thousands of paying customers. Direct responsibility to the Off-Ice Officials team game manager. Together with the whole team supporting the smooth continuation and success of the event.

Hello, I have lived in the Helsinki Area for over 7 years and currently working on my next big challenge - helping businesses stand out on the market by taking brave actions, such as trying out gamification.

At the age of 32, I can offer knowledge from over 8-year business related and over 15-year sports related experience at roles from first line worker to an entrepreneur (incl. successful B2B negotiations and partnerships building). I am used to being responsible for own work, as well as to people responsible for mine.
