- Envisioning the “Internal Happiness Program” which instilled collaboration and a sense of community among the staff. This included recognition and engagement programs, training and onboarding processes, and opportunities to share successes
- Led brand and culture initiatives resulting in a substantial increase in headcount, expanding the team from 9 employees to nearly 100
- Crafting the new employee welcome kit and creating the employee handbook
- Established strategic partnerships with university co-op programs, effectively networking and recruiting high-caliber young talent, leading to an above-industry-standard employee retention rate. Demonstrated consistent growth in the pipeline of co-op candidates on a quarterly basis.
- Secured $50,000 in funding from ATA Founders, contributing to the successful launch of the next project.
