IconMod is a vertical fashion company that concepts, designs, manufactures, merchandises, markets and sells aspirational celebrity branded‎ fashion exclusively online.   

Founding team member responsible for design, product development, sourcing, production and logistics efforts for apparel, footwear, and accessories.

Created fast fashion model by changing the internal process of decision by committee.  With a strong design and brand point of view, we eliminated 9 months in the development cycle by proceeding directly to salesman samples at factories who have superior pattern making capability (no techpacks!).  Further, the total production leadtime has reduced to 4 weeks by designing into stock fabrics with vertical partners who specialize in capturing design intent quickly.

Successfully launched all brands within 6 weeks of initial concept, managing all aspects of design operations, sourcing, product development, technical design, production, and logistics.

Over the last decade, my co-founder and I have been fashion ghost writers for some of the world's biggest celebs such as Rihanna and Zendaya, Instagram influencers, and creators.  

After a decade of creating dozens of high quality, sold-out celebrity and influencer collections, Moore Collective has developed a digital framework oriented towards a creator’s bandwidth and the ever-changing needs of the digital consumer to bring in-demand, high quality content, physical / digital products and experiences to market efficiently, cost effectively and sustainably at the speed of TikTok and through content that entertains.

As both seasoned entrepreneurs and F500 design, merchant, operations and sourcing leaders, we possess the rare ability and decades of loyalty with strategic global vendors to build both boutique and at volume end-to-end sourcing strategies within the same supply chain to scale lifestyle brands for creators.

We have been repeatedly recruited as change agents to restructure internal design operations and external supply chains, we are known in the industry for bringing a bar-raising fashion product development ability to ensure the needs of on trend, high-quality, on margin product are met through constant communication and collaboration with direct management of the end-to-end value chain.

The Fabricant

As a company of creative entrepreneurs, we envision a future where fashion transcends the physical body, and our digital identities permeate daily life to become the new reality. Digital fashion is the inevitable future of fashion.

The Fabricant started with two years of technical and business development, before growing into an official business in 2018. We worked with the biggest fashion brands in the world producing interactive experiences, marketing content, B2B sales material and digital twins. In 2019 we sold the world's first digital-only dress on Ethereum together with Dapper Labs (Cryptokitties, NBA Top Shot) for $10,000. In 2020 we received our seed funding, which allowed us to say goodbye to the bootstrap model, and accelerate the build of the first true Digital Fashion House - operating at the intersection of fashion, game/VFX and blockchain development. We remain true to the vision of digital-only fashion as it's more scalable, sustainable, and profitable than physical.

The Fabricant has grown into a global powerhouse celebrated by many. We've been featured in fashion and tech publications globally, received multiple prestigious awards for our achievements, vision and hard work. Our objective remains to become the biggest fashion house in the world and define how the  fashion industry operates in the digital age.

OddOne

OddOne was formed by Peter van de Riet and myself in 2007 out of sheer passion for combining filmmaking, entrepreneurship and graphic design. With the addition of a music producer shortly after we were capable of creating a full package of film, design and music. Peter and I established a studio in Eindhoven where we worked on projects for the municipality of Eindhoven, global design studios, art galleries, art festivals and the infamous Dutch Design Week. 

In 2013 we won a price for our achievements from cultural institution BKKC in Tilburg, The Netherlands. We were given the choice between receiving funding or consultancy. We chose for consultancy as our ambition was to grow professionally and in business. During this period we were also given the opportunity to create the main title sequence for the internationally renown Playgrounds Animation Festival in October 2014 in Amsterdam. 

Peter and I produced autonomous 3D design to push our creative boundaries through art and technology. Our approach was experimental and expressive to aid our growth in being meaningful entrepreneurs, designers and storytellers.

I'm the founder of The Fabricant - a digital fashion house that operates at the intersection of technology and fashion. We use technology to create intriguing and seductive fashion narratives of endless possibility, unconstrained by the boundaries of the physical realm.

Our work exists beyond the current concepts of catwalks, photographers, studios and sample sizes. For The Fabricant imagination is our only atelier, and our fashion stories are free from the constraints of the material world.

The Fabricant's strategy is to lead in digital fashion. We are investing in the development of digital fashion design craftsmanship, AR filters, and automated pipelines to build the digital fashion industry. The ultimate goal is to create high quality and unique fashion design pieces and create engaging experiences for our community. We plan to streamline the creation of digital fashion pieces for easier production and distribution to AR, UE Games, and RPM. Our long-term vision is to dress every digital citizen in digital-only clothing by 2025, and we believe that as we live more digitally immersive lives, our digital fashion wardrobes will become a cherished part of our possessions.
