IconMod is a vertical fashion company that concepts, designs, manufactures, merchandises, markets and sells aspirational celebrity branded‎ fashion exclusively online.   

Founding team member responsible for design, product development, sourcing, production and logistics efforts for apparel, footwear, and accessories.

Created fast fashion model by changing the internal process of decision by committee.  With a strong design and brand point of view, we eliminated 9 months in the development cycle by proceeding directly to salesman samples at factories who have superior pattern making capability (no techpacks!).  Further, the total production leadtime has reduced to 4 weeks by designing into stock fabrics with vertical partners who specialize in capturing design intent quickly.

Successfully launched all brands within 6 weeks of initial concept, managing all aspects of design operations, sourcing, product development, technical design, production, and logistics.

Recruited to create Gap's first global sourcing and procurement strategy division for trim, packaging and accessories. Built first global trim division for all Gap products. Formed global supplier matrix, and led team of 12 across Gap sourcing offices in USA, Middle East, Korea, Turkey, Hong Kong, and India. Managed all R&D, sourcing, production, cost negotiation, contract manufacturing, and quality control in collaboration with product design chiefs for all 6 Gap brands. 
•	Led strategic, $164M global sourcing transfer for 4 Gap brands from Middle East to Vietnam. Added 18 new Asian vendors. Developed/deployed Gap procurement & sourcing strategy manual across all Gap brands.
•	Led creation of global trim sourcing division and strategy for 42 trim categories for all Gap brands, including network of 48 vendors in Turkey, Hong Kong, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Korea.
•	Restructured entire raw material pipeline to increase speed-to-market.
•	Met all international and country testing and regulatory standards across 15 countries.
•	Leader for Gap PLM implementation in 2007–2008, Designed and implemented entire trim sourcing platform through PLM for all Gap brands.
