As an athlete and coach with a competitive spirit, I always had the attitude for every contest, if I was going to play, I would be playing to win.  This Thanksgiving holiday, my daughter, Erika, who ran in the Junior Olympics and shares this approach to life would tell you it still applies to when I play cards. In business brokerage, the same principle applies to selling a company.  If you are going to list a business for sale, it should be with intent to complete the transaction.
