I know because I built 3 agencies. Sold them. Made every mistake. Burned through strategies that looked smart on paper and fell apart in reality.
After building agencies to €50M+ combined, I finally figured out what actually works:

How I think differently:
I don't think like a marketer. I think like a founder who wants OUT.

Most agencies add complexity. I remove it.
