In the summer of 2012, I went to Hong Kong for an M&A internship at Rabobank International. As an young expat I saw how difficult it was for other internationals to socialize, network and meet new people; the solution is Eat To Meet.

Eat to Meet is the website that brings people together based on subjects and interests at tables worldwide. Eattomeet.com helps people find the right guests for their dinner tables and helps guests to find the right people to meet in restaurants.

Stern Beheer O.E.L. (Operational Excellence and Lean)

I did research on the relation between four KPI’s (Key Point Indicators) that were set by Stern and the gross profit & the effects on workers during the implementation of a new management operating system based on Lean Six Sigma. I gave advice on which of the elements of the KPI’s Stern could learn to steer to influence the gross profit as directly as possible. I gave advice on how to improve the method of implementation.

Graduate Internship

To design and analyse reports for the management team (MT), assisting in the preparation of the 2010 budget, assisting in putting a new consolidation software system (SAP Business Planning & Consolidation) into service and further tasks on request of the MT.
