Viral posts ≠ clients.
They just look good.

Here’s the truth most creators won’t say out loud ↓

→ Thousands of views
→ A flood of likes
→ Maybe a spike in followers

🤷‍♀️ But almost zero warm leads.
(Ask anyone who’s gone viral more than thrice — they know.)



Now let’s talk about the posts no one claps for:

📌 Insightful, boring, value-packed content:
→ 50 likes
→ 12 comments
→ 3 followers
→ 3 warm leads

That’s the stuff people bookmark.
That’s the stuff clients DM you for.
That’s the stuff that builds demand.

Repeat that — and your pipeline will never be empty again.



Virality has a place:
✔ build credibility
✔ show you understand attention

But without intention?

even when they grow an audience.




And here’s the bonus CEOs forget:

👀 When your team talks about your company on their own pages
→ You borrow reach
→ You borrow trust
→ You borrow credibility

💰 A win you couldn’t pay for.




🗣️ So, tell me honestly:

I’m all for cold emails, but at least put in my name. 😭

Canva, ChatGPT, Cloudflare, X... All down.

Not like I have deadlines 🙃

That was a client’s compliment.
And honestly? It made me pause.


Because I wasn’t always like this.


When you’re in the creative field,
you pour hours into every post,
every caption, every design.



So when feedback comes,
it feels personal.

Like they’re not just doubting my work —
they’re doubting ME.

→ my ability
→ my skill
→ my worth

And every “change this” feels like a tiny heartbreak.



But here’s what shifted for me ↓

When I started managing a team,
I realized — feedback isn’t rejection.
It’s direction.

When I give edits to my designers or writers,
it’s not because their work isn’t good.
It’s because I see something different.
Something that aligns closer with my vision.



That’s when I learned —
our work brings someone else’s dream to life.
And they deserve to see it the way they imagined it.




Now, feedback doesn’t sting.
It excites me.
It means I’m one step closer to getting it right.



So to all my creative people —
if feedback disheartens you, remember this:
they’re not doubting you.
They’re trusting you enough to help shape their dream. 🫶🏻
